I’m Natalie, a customer-obsessed Creative Director, brand builder, and strategic problem solver with 14 years’ experience leading in-house and agency teams for disruptive & beloved consumer brands.
I am currently the Global Creative Director for Uber. I lead integrated brand campaigns for our two consumer audiences and three-sided marketplace; engaging riders, eaters, Earners, and merchants. Prior to going in-house I worked at Edelman, GSD&M, and Leo Burnett, leading award winning campaigns for Starbucks, Southwest Air, CNN International, PayPal, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Adobe, and Kohler.
In a past life, my husband and I quit our jobs, sold everything, and spent 16 months traveling the world writing about food and culture (and yes, making a commercial). We live in Oakland and own Cream Co. Meats, the largest distributor of sustainable and regenerative meats on the West Coast.
